You will play a pivotal role in the Supply Chain Transformation and Engineering team, leading significant capital investment projects valued over $5-10 million. The position demands comprehensive project management skills, strategic planning, and the ability to navigate complex challenges across functional teams to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities
• Direct large engineering projects with minimal guidance
• Establish cross-functional deliverables for project success
• Foster partnerships with vendors and technology providers
• Develop and manage cost and capital forecasts
• Assist in coaching and onboarding new project managers
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
• Significant project management experience required
• Excellent communication and partnering skills
• Capacity to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines
