Lead lululemon's Responsible Procurement strategy and drive impactful change across our supply chain. This in-person role integrates sustainability and supplier performance within the Global Procurement team. As a Senior Manager at lululemon's Store Support Centre, you will define the Responsible Procurement strategy while managing relationships with internal teams and external partners. You will work closely with stakeholders to integrate responsible procurement practices, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement in our supplier ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:
- Set priorities and measurable outcomes for Responsible Procurement
- Oversee global program design ensuring integration across categories
- Drive adoption of responsible practices in sourcing and contracting
- Establish governance and cross-functional collaboration
- Monitor program performance and value delivery through KPIs
- MBA, SCMP, PMP, or equivalent certification preferred
- 7+ years in Third-party Risk Management and Supplier Relationship Management
- Experience in indirect procurement category
- Strong analytical skills and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills and market awareness
