Lead client retention remotely across Canada or the United States using proactive communication, onboarding, and account coordination. Manage approximately 40 agency clients.
This full-time Client Success Manager role supports a done-for-you Meta advertising and appointment-setting agency serving medspas and aesthetic wellness businesses. You will own post-sale client experience, connect clients with delivery teams, and help build the first dedicated Client Success function. The role includes client relationships rather than hands-on media buying.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding, sales handoffs, expectations, goals, and success metrics
- Manage approximately 40 relationships through scheduled client check-ins
- Coordinate concerns across creative, media buying, and operations teams
- Identify at-risk accounts and support renewals and retention
- Build onboarding SOPs, playbooks, and portfolio health reporting
Requirements:
- One to two years of relevant client-facing experience
- Excellent spoken and written English communication
- Strong organization, ownership, empathy, and judgment
- Ability to understand basic marketing performance reports
- Availability Monday through Friday during daytime Pacific, Eastern, or Central hours
