- Generate profitable business in your assigned territory
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Maintain and nurture relationships with customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve goals
- Contribute to building Sunbelt's brand
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience or 3-4 years in related roles
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Strong project management and negotiation skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred in some locations
