Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails from customers
- Book and schedule service work orders
- Adjust work orders based on service needs
- Ensure communication with shop personnel
- Process purchase orders and manage billing
- 1-2 years of relevant Service Writer experience
- 2 years of estimating or customer service background
- Familiarity with Foundation 3000 is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent essential
- Clean driver's license and driving record preferred
