Your role will be instrumental in driving positive outcomes for both clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate lasting relationships with clients and partners
- Address inquiries about benefit plans and claims management
- Facilitate project management for new clients
- Design and deliver informative employee benefit presentations
- Keep comprehensive client records and organize follow-ups
- Minimum 2 years in client service or related role
- Familiarity with CRM and Microsoft Office Apps
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel periodically
- Expertise in professional business communication
