This sales associate builds client relationships through wardrobe guidance, product knowledge, and fashion savvy. The position supports sales, visual presentation, merchandise organization, and store security. Previous fashion retail leadership experience, including keyholder responsibilities, is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with wardrobe purchases
- Build client relationships through product knowledge
- Complete sales with exceptional customer service
- Support visual merchandising and window displays
- Open and close stores while safeguarding assets
Requirements:
- Minimum one year fashion retail experience preferred
- Previous leadership or keyholder responsibilities preferred
- Customer-first attitude and conflict-resolution skills
- Flexible availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 10 kilograms
