Elevate your career at Credit Union Central of Manitoba as a Communications Leader. This role focuses on impactful strategies for member engagement and effective communication across the organization. As the Manager of Communications & Engagement, you will report to the Vice President and drive initiatives to strengthen credit unions and their communities. This position requires 5-7 years of communications experience along with exceptional writing and strategy development skills. You'll work collaboratively across various departments to clarify organizational priorities and enhance member awareness. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning for communications and member engagement
- Develop key messages and content strategies
- Draft executive communications, including speeches and presentations
- Manage digital communications, including newsletters and social media
- Inspire and coach a team of two direct reports
- Degree in Communications or related field
- 5-7 years of progressive communications experience
- Outstanding writing and editing skills
- Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
