- Operate hydraulic presses for various tasks
- Measure and cut cables to specifications
- Inspect products for compliance and quality
- Document production reports accurately
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in steel cable splicing is an asset
- Ability to read and write measurements
- Strong manual dexterity and physical capacity
