Role Summary
This is a 12-month hybrid contract role in Toronto. Defines and develops marketing campaign strategies that strengthen the BMO brand, maximize revenue and optimize the customer experience. Works collaboratively with business/groups on the strategic development, execution and measurement of traditional and non-traditional customer-focussed advertising, production, merchandising, and communications campaigns. Develop and execute quality control checks, test plans, test cases, and regression testing for retail and commercial banking applications to ensure timely and accurate deliverables and outputs. Audit and validate customer campaigns such as onboarding, credit and lending products, payment processing, and customer communication workflows. Perform data validation and end-to-end testing within and across multiple integrated banking systems. Log, track, and verify defects through investigation and root cause analysis working with respective production and development teams to ensure timely resolution. Support UAT, production releases, and regulatory compliance testing, contributing to successful project delivery with minimal post-production defects. Develops solutions and makes recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs. Provides advice and guidance to assigned business/group on implementation of solutions. Coordinates and executes specific activities for the implementation of strategic initiatives; includes tracking metrics and milestones. Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders. Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations. Designs and produces regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards. Supports change management of varying scope and type; tasks typically focused on execution and sustainment activities. Makes recommendations to improve BMO processes and systems. Executes work to deliver timely, accurate, and efficient service. Ensures consistency in solutions and across marketing channels, media and platforms. Works with business/group in the development and management of campaign budgets. Collaborates with internal/external stakeholders to develop monitoring and tracking plans for external advertising initiatives. Ensures compliance with internal frameworks, standards, guidelines and governance. Focus is primarily on business/group within BMO; may have broader, enterprise-wide focus. Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules. Works independently on a range of complex tasks, which may include unique situations. Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of Quality Assurance or Software Testing experience.
- Experience in banking, financial services, or fintech environments preferred. Typically between 2-5 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study.
- Experience in, with preferred knowledge of, the financial services industry.
- Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.

Salary
Salary: $56,000.00 - $103,500.00 Pay Type: Salaried The above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type. Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position. BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
