The ideal candidate has food production experience and thrives in collaborative settings. Key Responsibilities:
- Measure ingredients as per recipes and schedules
- Operate mixers, ovens, and other bakery equipment
- Mix, shape, and prepare dough products
- Monitor baking times and temperatures
- Package finished products with accuracy
- Minimum 1 year in commercial food production
- Food Handler Certification and knowledge of HACCP
- Strong math skills for accurate measurements
- Ability to lift 55 lbs and perform tasks continuously
- Reliable transportation for shift work
