Support healthcare operations as a Clerical Assistant for Outpatient Services, where administrative duties meet customer-focused healthcare delivery. By ensuring effective communication with both internal and external parties, you contribute to the quality improvement of patient care processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate scheduling for outpatient treatments and visits
• Handle client information entry and chart preparation
• Conduct orientation and intake for new patients
• Ensure follow-through on recommendations from clinics
• Participate in administrative training activities

Requirements:
• Requires a post-secondary diploma
• Three years in administrative capacities preferred
• Background in healthcare or insurance required
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
