- Collaborate on leadership capabilities and goals
- Build high-performing teams aligned with our mission
- Promote open communication within the clinic
- College degree or equivalent management experience
- 2-4 years in a supervisory role required
- Background in customer service and retail preferred
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Understanding of optical merchandise is beneficial
