Join Tru Inc. as a QA Engineer specializing in Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. This hybrid role is geared towards enhancing quality assurance for innovative digital marketing strategies. You will utilize your 3+ years of QA testing experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support quality initiatives for campaign management and customer journey validations. Collaborating with various teams, you’ll ensure that SFMC products align with client expectations and business requirements before deployment. This role demands a meticulous approach to testing and defect management. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze business requirements for testing
- Compile test scenarios and execute quality tests
- Validate customer journeys and data integrations
- Track defects and document testing outcomes
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and quality reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of QA/testing experience with SFMC
- In-depth knowledge of Marketing Cloud functionalities
- Strong skills in SQL and analytics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
