Key Responsibilities
Support the Master as second in command Perform navigation and bridge watchkeeping duties Maintain stability, trim, logbooks, and fresh water Oversee lifesaving, firefighting, and watertight integrity Secure deck cargo and organize cargo transfers
Requirements:
Chief Mate Unlimited Certificate of Competency Dynamic Positioning Operators Certificate, Offshore Unlimited OSV anchor handling and towing experience Required STCW, GMDSS, medical, and security certifications Valid Canadian Passport and Seafarers Medical Bring Chief Mate certification, dynamic positioning expertise, and offshore vessel experience to DOF’s Canadian marine operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
