Key Responsibilities
Serve as second in command of the vessel Assist the Master during emergencies and policy implementation Perform navigation and bridge watchkeeping duties Maintain vessel stability, trim, and freshwater levels Organize cargo transfers and secure deck cargo
Requirements:
Chief Mate Unlimited Certificate of Competency Dynamic Positioning Operators Certificate, Offshore Unlimited Required STCW, GMDSS, and medical certifications OSV experience including anchor handling and towing Knowledge of ISM, ISPS, and Canadian legislation Bring Chief Mate certification, dynamic positioning expertise, and offshore vessel experience to DOF’s Canadian operations and growing fleet. #J-18808-Ljbffr
