Orillia Chevrolet is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping customers, communicating clearly, and working in a busy dealership service department.
As a Service Advisor, you will help customers schedule appointments, review service needs, provide updates, and support a smooth service experience from check-in to pick-up.
Responsibilities
- Greet service customers and manage check-ins
- Schedule appointments and document customer concerns
- Explain recommended maintenance and repairs clearly
- Provide customer updates throughout the service process
- Coordinate with technicians and the service team
- Review completed work and invoices with customers
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, professional, and reliable approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Automotive service experience is an asset, but not required
- Valid driver’s licence
