- Collaborate on strategic value creation initiatives
- Monitor asset performance and budget forecasts
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or similar
- 3+ years in real estate private equity or related domains
- Advanced skills in financial modeling and valuation
- Knowledge of the transaction cycle and due diligence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
