About the Role

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Buyer to join their procurement team, working remotely with responsibilities supporting operations in Kimberley . You will assist senior buyers in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing a range of goods and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing new suppliers and obtaining quotes for goods and services.
  • Process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.

  • Support senior buyers in negotiations and contract administration.
  • Liaise with internal departments and suppliers to resolve order-related issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Previous internship or 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or a related administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.
