- Provide oversight for mechanical projects and their commercial performance
- Manage P&L and overall business unit effectiveness
- Lead negotiations for commercial contracts and agreements
- Develop detailed financial forecasts and lifecycle costing plans
- Implement governance improvements in commercial practices
- Experience in Commercial Management or Senior Quantity Surveyor roles
- Strong understanding of mechanical services, including HVAC
- Experience with FM and lifecycle maintenance contracts
- Excellent skills in financial control and reporting
- Proven leadership in managing and developing teams
