We’re looking for dynamic content creators based in the US or Canada who are confident on camera and dialed into what’s trending online. You’ll be part of a campaign promoting Indy AI , Contra’s new smart assistant that connects to your LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter) to help you quietly land high fit work opportunities from your extended network and more.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Use content hooks and concepts provided by the Indy AI team
- Participate in a Slack channel for weekly updates and new content hooks
- Submit a weekly performance report (shared via Contra invoice)
- Join a kickoff call and provide async weekly check ins in Slack
- Invoice weekly through Contra
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States or Canada
- Must have an active LinkedIn and or X (Twitter) account
- Must have a Contra profile that showcases your past work
- Comfortable being on camera and speaking directly to the audience
- Strong grasp of current trends and best practices on TikTok and Instagram
Compensation
- Performance Bonuses
- Baseline earnings = $2400 per month (for submitting all content)
- Max earnings = Up to $12400 per month (with performance bonuses)
- Additional bonus for top performing creators across the campaign
- Bonuses are calculated based on a 7 day performance window
- Weekly payouts
How to Apply
- Share a link to a TikTok or Instagram video you’re proud of (ideally featuring you speaking to camera)
- Include links to your TikTok and Instagram profiles
- Tell us which platform is your strongest (IG or TikTok)
- Let us know why you’re excited to be part of this project
- Make sure your Contra profile is complete . This is what we use to evaluate your application.
