RBC is seeking a Senior Information and Data Security Analyst to enhance its security infrastructure and support data discovery solutions. This full-time position in Toronto offers an opportunity to impact emerging technologies positively. In this role, you will leverage your experienced knowledge of security infrastructure to create stability through tools, policies, and processes. Your responsibilities include deep troubleshooting of security platforms, enhancing monitoring controls, and addressing operational issues collaboratively. You will also ensure the management of documentation and lead critical projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct deep dive troubleshooting of security platforms
- Work collaboratively with data security teams
- Update policies and enhance monitoring controls
- Ensure ongoing maintenance of security process documentation
- Manage project execution and problem ownership
- 3+ years in infrastructure or IT application security
- Experience with data discovery tools in various data sets
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and Linux systems
- Highly motivated with multiple priority management skills
- Experience in deploying data discovery products globally
