Drive defense sector projects at L3Harris as a Specialist Program Manager in Montréal, QC. This role focuses on project oversight, risk management, and compliance with internal guidelines. In the role of Specialist Program Manager, you will ensure the success of complex projects by collaborating with diverse functional teams and stakeholders. With at least five years’ experience in project management, you will apply your knowledge of Earned Value Management and document control systems to enhance project performance. You will also evaluate project risks and lead strategic endeavors in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cross-functional projects from initiation to completion
- Track cost and schedule using Earned Value principles
- Interface with domestic and international clients
- Oversee compliance with project control guidelines
- Prepare and provide monthly reports on project status
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, or a related field
- 5+ years of industry experience required
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Strong familiarity with project management software
- Fluency in French and English required
