In this influential role, you'll build and oversee a comprehensive People strategy to position Xcimer as a leader in laser fusion energy. Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team on key HR aspects, including Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and Employee Relations. You will be pivotal in enhancing organizational capability through strategic vision and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on organizational strategy and workforce planning
- Lead HR functions including Learning & Development and Employee Relations
- Develop scalable People systems and policies
- Champion employee engagement and cultural health
- Manage HR technology and analytics for data-driven decisions
- 15+ years in HR leadership, ideally in technology or engineering
- Proven experience driving growth in complex organizations
- Expertise in organizational design and leadership development
- Strong communication and change management skills
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
