You will manage smaller teams, address operational challenges, and interpret results from pilot plants. Your contributions will be pivotal in achieving high standards of client satisfaction through excellent metallurgical practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and execute metallurgical test procedures
• Schedule and monitor project timelines for efficiency
• Compile metallurgical data and prepare client reports
• Provide technical oversight to junior staff and technicians
• Address day-to-day production and process issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or science qualification
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mineral processing
• Strong leadership capability in a laboratory environment
• Able to communicate technical details clearly
