Take charge of vehicle maintenance operations as a Diesel Maintenance Supervisor with Penske in Calgary. This role focuses on leadership, technician development, and customer satisfaction. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you are in charge of coordinating and auditing vehicle maintenance repairs, utilizing your strong communication and organizational skills. You will ensure your team is well-trained and motivated, drawing on your prior experience in fleet vehicle maintenance or team management in a results-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Assign tasks and monitor technician workloads
- Ensure repair quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Manage costs related to inventory and labor
- Enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery
- Maintain a safe and organized shop environment
- Hold a Full Class 5 Driver's License
- Minimum 3-5 years fleet maintenance management experience preferred
- Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel and uphold attendance requirements
