You’ll utilize your bilingual skills to communicate effectively and lead initiatives to improve operations and reporting capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead system configuration and operational improvements
- Perform data analysis and generate insightful reports
- Document business requirements and processes
- Plan and execute testing protocols for solutions
- Advise internal stakeholders on system performance
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience
- Proficient in qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual in English and French
