- Lead archival staff and oversee operations for collections
- Establish strategic priorities for archival initiatives
- Cultivate partnerships with heritage and cultural organizations
- Develop comprehensive digital access and preservation strategies
- Manage innovative outreach to enhance OJA's profile
- 7-10 years experience in archival management; 3-5 in supervision
- Deep knowledge of archival description and standards
- Successful grant writing and fundraising experience
- Knowledge of Jewish cultural and historical context
- Master’s in Archival Studies or related field
