Shape the future of children with ASD as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) or Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) with Prep Academy Tutors of Durham. Work in a collaborative environment to develop impactful behaviour programs. This position involves supervising the implementation of behaviour intervention plans tailored to each child’s needs. You will coordinate with tutors and families to foster both behavioural and academic growth while maintaining privacy and ethical standards in documentation and practice. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop individualized behavioural intervention strategies
- Provide guidance and supervision for ABA tutors
- Collaborate with families for effective support at home
- Offer parent training to ensure consistency
- Maintain detailed and accurate professional documentation
- Must hold a valid RBA or BCBA certification
- Experience working with children with developmental issues
- Strong grasp of ABA principles and interventions
- Proven experience in supervising ABA interventionists
- OAP funding provider approved
