Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development and operational oversight of software projects
• Implement best practices for system security and performance
• Collaborate within an Agile team and mentor engineers
• Ensure on-call readiness and system reliability
• Liaise with Technology Managers for project alignment
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 6-8 years of professional software engineering experience
• Expertise in Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, and automation
• Familiarity with Kafka and data streaming technologies
