Become a crucial part of Northumberland Ferries Limited as a Safety & Data Coordinator. This role brings together expertise in safety management and data analytics in a maritime setting. As part of the Safety & Security team, you will be instrumental in developing data-driven safety solutions and ensuring regulatory compliance. Your responsibilities will span from managing safety reports to supporting audit processes, all while leveraging advanced M365 tools. Your efforts will directly contribute to a proactive safety culture within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and transition safety event reporting systems
- Support audit scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups
- Assist in data capture and KPI tracking for safety management
- Liaise with stakeholders to enhance safety processes
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate safety documentation
- Experience with safety management systems and audits
- Strong analytical skills for data tracking and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams and SharePoint
- Ability to handle sensitive safety information with discretion
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
