- Address challenges proactively and effectively
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Municipal Engineering
- Design experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Capable of obtaining security clearance
