Key Responsibilities:
- Understand performance and analytics workflow for reporting
- Learn performance calculation methodologies

Requirements:
- Completed 3rd year of post-secondary education
- Detail-oriented in deliverable preparation
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
