Elevate patient care with FreshCo as a full-time pharmacist for a 6-month term in Scarborough, Ontario. Provide vital patient counselling and develop personalized therapy plans each day. FreshCo is seeking a qualified pharmacist to enhance its healthcare team for 6 months. This role involves patient education, care plan initiation, and documentation. Collaborate with a professional team to deliver seamless health and wellness services and ensure the safety of prescriptions in a dynamic pharmacy environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient counselling and education on therapies
- Initiate care plans and conduct follow-ups
- Collaborate with colleagues for optimal health services
- Ensure prescription safety and supervise Pharmacy Technicians
- Engage in continuous improvement for pharmacy practices
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in Ontario
- Injection and First Aid Certification required
- Experience with Kroll software essential
- Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and trends
