Delivery Manager

The Delivery Manager is accountable for end-to-end delivery of a customer identity and profile modernization program, migrating from SAP Gigya to Microsoft Entra External ID. The role balances engineering understanding, delivery leadership, and client partnership to ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes across Dev, QA, and Production, while meeting schedule, scope, quality, security, and budget targets.
This role leads cross-functional teams delivering:Authentication and user journey updates for server-rendered JavaScript web applicationsUser profile data migration and ongoing operations in Azure Cosmos DBIntegration with external Email Marketing platformIntegration with OneTrust for consent and privacy workflowsBatch file feeds to a data platformEdge security and traffic controls (e.g., Azure Front Door, App Gateway, WAF, rate limiting)Cutover planning, hypercare, and post-launch stabilizationReq.#1081312964The recruiting efforts for this position are intended to fill an existing vacancy for a new position.
