- Greet and assist patients in reception areas
- Confirm and verify patient information for appointments
- Book patient examinations based on requisitions
- Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and messages
- Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with regulations
- Certification as a Health Information Office Assistant
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Ability to maintain attention to detail
