- Establish relationships with customers across channels
- Organize guest requests and ensure follow-up
- High school diploma required
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferable in retail
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and eager to learn
- Flexibility to work varying hours including weekends
