Join Trouw Nutrition as a Quality Manager overseeing North American quality excellence in Puslinch, ON. Drive compliance and food safety initiatives in a pivotal leadership role. As the North America Quality Manager, you will lead the charge in implementing Nutreco’s quality vision and ensuring adherence to stringent quality regulations. This role is focused on enhancing quality culture and aligning processes with organizational goals for customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a North American quality culture and community
- Manage effective deployment of quality management systems
- Monitor and report on quality performance to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated quality objectives
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and risk reduction
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Feed Technology, or related area
- 3-5 years in quality roles within food or agricultural industries
- Familiarity with FSSC 22000 and HACCP principles
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements in Canada and the U.S.
- Strong leadership and team development skills
