include managing the month-end accounting cycle, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and performing detailed analyses of gas and electricity transactions. Success demands strong analytical skills and effective collaboration with finance colleagues and business partners. Complete the full month-end accounting cycle with journal entries
Develop management and financial reporting packages with variance analysis
Prepare working papers for internal and external audit reviews Undergraduate degree in Accounting or related field
Recognized Canadian CPA designation or equivalent
Minimum five years of experience in accounting
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and controls
