Transform patient experiences as a Client Service Specialist at Bayshore HealthCare This in-office role runs from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, making a difference in the community. In this position, you will excel in scheduling and support, acting as the critical link among patients, families, and healthcare personnel. You will manage communications, process referrals, and make care assignments while ensuring high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with patients and families to provide service
- Quickly handle funder referrals and updates in EMR
- Assess needs with supervisors and staff as required
- Schedule care providers according to client needs
- Keep teams informed about patient schedules
- Two years of customer service experience in healthcare
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Advanced computer skills and EMR knowledge
- French-language skills preferred for specific locations
