In this role, you will head a dedicated team to deliver high-impact events while ensuring compliance with standards and safety regulations. Your expertise in agricultural programming and customer service will be vital in creating memorable experiences at the centre. Develop comprehensive event plans in partnership with Operation Supervisor
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and booking guidelines
• Lead and supervise customer service and event staff daily
• Identify innovative initiatives for expanding community involvement
• Maintain accurate financial records for all events 5 years in event planning with 3 years in supervisory roles
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Agriculture or related
• Contribute to a vibrant community atmosphere at the Pointe Agricultural Event Centre. #
