RETAIL PHARMACY REPRESENTATIVE – FULL-TIME
- TORONTO TERRITORY 60,000$-70,000$/YEAR +KM REIMBURSEMENT Our client, Haleon Canada (formerly GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare) is one of the world's largest consumer healthcare companies, with global, top selling brands in oral health and over-the-counter (OTC) medications. Through your higher-performer personality, you will build rapport and increase recommendation levels on products by educating Retail Pharmacists and pharmacy students. The goal is to become the most trusted health care advisor to Haleon’s customers. To do this, you will need to achieve assigned sales objectives in your defined territory, said differently: WE need YOU to ensure that Pharmacists, based on scientific fact, confidently recommend Haleon brands to their patients over the competitors’ Using Haleon’s high quality, consistent selling approach, meet your objectives by focusing on building strategic partnerships with pharmacists to achieve high-quality, exclusive, brand recommendations Adhere to assigned call targets as communicated by the Field Manager Gather and report on field insights Manage and track literature and samples in pharmacy to maximize activation of brand recommendations by the health care professional Prepare and submit administrative requirements in a quality and timely fashion Solid, polished communication and presentation skills in addition to your above-average listening skills A genuine desire to continuously learn and grow, holding yourself accountable for an uncompromising quality of service in everything you do A comfort with a 'scientific' sale Excellent relationship building skills High speed internet with WiFi at home; MS Windows and MS Office The ability to store some supplies at home and transport them in your vehicle If, you have previous sales experience in retail pharmacy and/or pharmaceutical sales, that's certainly a plus, but not at all required.
