As a junior leader, you will supervise the day-to-day activities in the showroom, offering product knowledge and support to both customers and sales associates. This role demands excellence in retail operations and is Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts for events. Key Responsibilities:
- Help customers with their product selections
- Supervise daily showroom activities and staff
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of showroom
- Engage customers through inbound calls and emails
- Occasionally assist in the warehouse as needed
- At least 2 years of leadership experience
- 2 years of retail sales experience
- Knowledge of fitness equipment is preferred
