Diagnose and repair construction equipment as a Service Technician with Brandt Tractor Ltd in Timmins. Apply mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic expertise.
This Service Technician independently performs basic to complex diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on customer and dealer-owned equipment. The work includes power equipment systems, inspections, preventative maintenance, and advanced engine or transmission repairs. Strong technical aptitude supports accurate troubleshooting and calibration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic to complex power equipment diagnostics
- Repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Complete inspections and preventative maintenance tasks
- Execute engine and transmission repairs or replacements
- Maintain quality, productivity, and service standards
Requirements:
- Three years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Computer and technical aptitude for diagnostics
- Strong diagnostic and time management skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
