Mission

Reporting to the global management team, you will lead the strategic and commercial growth of the Americas region (Canada, USA, Mexico, South America). Based in the North shore of Montreal, you will oversee business development and operational performance across a portfolio of long-term industrial projects. Main responsibilities : Develop and execute the business growth strategy across key markets, with a strong focus on the U. S.

Drive expansion through new product launches and diversification initiatives. Lead and empower commercial and technical teams across the region. Manage regional P&L and ensure financial and operational excellence. Act as the key representative to clients, public stakeholders, and industry partners.

Foster a strong team culture based on respect, humility, innovation, and collaboration.

Your profile

You hold a university degree in business, engineering, or management and have at least 10 years of international business development experience, ideally within North America. You are used to managing long-cycle B2B sales in the industrial or engineered solutions sector. You stand out for your : Proven leadership and strategic thinking.

Experience

managing teams and key accounts across multiple countries. Strong business acumen and client relationship skills. Full professional proficiency in English and French. Entrepreneurial mindset and genuine ability to build trust across cultures.
