Inspire Young Female Athletes: Join Our Triple Meg All Girls Soccer Team in Edmonton
Triple Meg All-Girls Youth Soccer Coach will be responsible for implementing soccer sessions for female athletes ranging from 5-10. Female Coaches will foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating environment, focusing on both skill development and personal growth.
Role &
Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging soccer sessions to children aged 5-10, focusing on fundamental skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Schedule and manage coaching shifts to ensure seamless program execution. Adapt to unpredictable weather, rescheduling when necessary. Ensure a safe, fun, and inclusive learning environment. Address individual needs, offering tailored coaching to enhance skill development. Maintain and transport equipment, ensuring readiness for each session. Skills and Qualifications Roles: Unyielding enthusiasm for soccer. Previous coaching experience in youth soccer, preferably in an all-girls environment. Ability to adapt coaching techniques to different age groups and skill levels. Managing a field with 12-14 athletes. Valid vulnerable sector check. Reliable transportation: Valid driver's license and vehicle. Ability to work flexible hours. All sessions are held in the evenings Sunday
- Thursday from 530-730pm. Compensation: Based on experience $25
- $30/session
