Kaseya seeks an adept Senior Platform Backend Engineer to design and manage backend services linking workflow execution, identity, and audit systems. This hands-on role emphasizes event-driven architecture within multi-tenant environments, requiring expertise in production reliability practices. Exceptional candidates will independently own critical services that power various engineering teams and AI workloads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build backend platform services for API access and event routing
- Develop integrations using Kafka and Temporal technologies
- Implement cloud KMS solutions for enhanced encryption
- Build authentication services enforcing customer-specific access
- Own GitOps-based deployment pipelines across customer environments
Requirements:
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience with Go or Rust
- Proven skills in event-driven systems and Kafka
- Experience with OAuth 2.0 and incident response practices
- Strong understanding of multi-tenant service architecture
- Exposure to encryption and key-management solutions
