- Mix batches following exact recipes and specifications

- Prepare QA samples and assist in documentation
- Provide leadership and training to fellow mixers
- Minimum 1-2 years in food manufacturing preferred
- Effective communication and comprehension capabilities
- Ability to independently manage tasks under pressure
- High School Diploma is preferred
- Flexibility to adapt to departmental needs
