Shape your career as a Dental Assistant across two locations—Northside Dental and Harbourview. This four-day workweek allows you to provide compassionate support while enhancing your professional skills. Candidates must be registered as Dental Assistants with their provincial regulatory body. You'll prepare treatment rooms, assist during diverse procedures, and contribute significantly to patient comfort and safety. Your role includes managing patient charts and promoting post-treatment education effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare treatment spaces and necessary instruments
- Assist the dental team during patient treatments
- Take and manage dental X-rays and images
- Sterilize instruments following safety procedures
- Support scheduling and administrative tasks effectively
- Registered or certified as a Dental Assistant
- Experience in a dental assisting role preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills for teamwork
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory guidelines
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
