Your experience in assessing SDLC maturity and implementing AI-native workflows will be invaluable. You'll guide engineering teams through change management, ensuring lasting adoption of effective practices and governance frameworks. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise engagements in AI-native delivery
- Design governance frameworks for agent efficiency
- Develop effective GitHub Copilot adoption strategies
- Establish AI cost governance practices
- Conduct workshops promoting AI-assisted development
- 4-6 years of experience in software development
- Strong background in Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Proficient in client-facing technical communication
- Familiarity with GitHub Actions and CI/CD
- Exposure to AI coding tools advantageous
